Each piece is made from Kwilla timber which is prized for its stability and ability to weather any and all conditions without losing its finish. This timber is used in marine docks, decks, external window and door frames.
You may choose to oil it every 6-12 months to maintain the rich auburn colour or let it age gracefully to a lovely weathered grey.
All permanent joints are mortice and tennoned and glued with a specially formulated epoxy resin designed to flex with the natural movement of the timber in outdoor situations. All fittings are made from aluminium, stainless steel and zinc alloy and will retain their natural finish in all climatic conditions.
The Keri suite features thick angled cushion seats to give maximum comfort and each cushion is made using QuickDryFoam (R) which can be left out in rain or snow and requires minimal maintenance.
The cushions, available in steel colour as pictured, have built in anti-microbial protection preventing moulds and are covered in a tough 100% acrylic fibre which has been known to last outdoors upwards of 15 years if regularly checked, but on average 5-7 years.
