The Gallery Furniture & Gifts has been operating since 1990 sourcing, supplying and customising furniture, homewares and gifts for its customers.

We pride the high quality, craftsmanship and finish of all the items we sell and stand behind this when we pass these goods on to our customers.

If at any time you are concerned about the quality of any items you receive from The Gallery, please call us on (02) 6921 8851 to discuss immediate return, repair or replacement depending on the problem and the items involved.

Below are our quality and product guarantees.  Please read these carefully.

HOMEWARES & GIFTS

Where possible all our items are crafted from natural materials... timber, leather, iron, stone, linen, cotton and clay. 

Due to the slight irregularities of natural materials, the colour, finish and surface patterns of such items will vary slightly from one product to the next.  These irregularities add to the genuine uniqueness of the item and are not a flaw or cause for concern in terms of quality.

Enjoy that the pieces you have chosen are hand-made using sustainable natural materials and made by skilled craftsmen.

If you do have any cause for concern, please contact us during business hours and we will be more than happy to discuss this with you.

All products are thoroughly checked prior to being sent to and we guarantee they leave us in perfect condition.

Please see our Returns & Refunds policy if you have a genuine problem on receipt of goods.

BILLY TEA FURNITURE LINES

Billy Tea furniture carries a 5 year guarantee under the following terms and conditions:

1. Billy Tea guarantees 5 years from the date of purchase they will rectify, repair or replace (at its own option) any fault or workmanship or manufacture that it deems to cause the item to be defective.

2. The guarantee does not extend to, or cover furniture which, in the opinion of Billy Tea, has been damaged by misuse, negligence or natural disaster.

3. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable.

4. This guarantee can be serviced through any outlet carrying Billy Tea furniture (preferably the place of purchase).

5. Freight will NOT be The Gallery Furntiure & Gift's responsibility, unless otherwise specifically arranged with the Managaer of the company.

 

ALL OTHER TIMBER FURNITURE LINES

Furniture purchased from The Gallery Furniture & Gifts carries a 1 year guarantee under the following terms and conditions:

1. The Gallery guarantees 1 year from date of purchase they will rectify, repair or replace (at its own option) any fault of workmanship or manufacture that we deem to cause the item to be defective.

2. The guarantee does not extend to, or cover furniture which, in the opinion of The Gallery, has been damaged by misuse, negligence or natural disaster.

3. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable

4. Freight will NOT be the responsibility of The Gallery Furniture & Gifts, unless otherwise specifically arranged with the manager of the company.

 

LEATHER LOUNGE LINES

Leather lounges purchased from The Gallery Furniture & Gifts carry varying component guarantees under the following terms and conditions:

LEATHER -

Aniline and Category 1 leathers

1. The Gallery guarantees 1 year from date of purchase they will rectify, repair or replace (at its own option) any fault of workmanship or manufacture that we deem to cause the item to be defective.

2. The guarantee does not extend to, or cover furniture which, in the opinion of The Gallery, has been damaged by misuse, negligence or natural disaster.

Semi- anline and Category 2 leathers

1. The Gallery guarantees 2 years from date of purchase they will rectify, repair or replace (at its own option) any fault of workmanship or manufacture that we deem to cause the item to be defective.

2. The guarantee does not extend to, or cover furniture which, in the opinion of The Gallery, has been damaged by misuse, negligence or natural disaster.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION, FOAM & STITCHING

1. The Gallery guarantees 5 years from date of purchase they will rectify, repair or replace (at its own option) any fault of workmanship or manufacture that we deem to cause the item to be defective.

2. The guarantee does not extend to, or cover furniture which, in the opinion of The Gallery, has been damaged by misuse, negligence or natural disaster.

3. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable

Fabric lounges purchased from The Gallery Furniture & Gifts carry varying component guarantees under the following terms and conditions:

1. The Gallery guarantees 1 year from date of purchase they will rectify, repair or replace (at its own option) any fault of workmanship or manufacture that we deem to cause the item to be defective.

2. The guarantee does not extend to, or cover furniture which, in the opinion of The Gallery, has been damaged by misuse, negligence or natural disaster.
